What to expect on CPR & first aid day

Practical, hands-on and less intimidating than most people fear. Here is how the day runs.

Morning: adult CPR and using an AED, practised until it is automatic. Afternoon: choking, stroke and heart-attack signs, and first aid for the falls, cuts and burns that actually happen at home.

  • Wear comfortable clothes — you will be on the floor
