Memory Care
Overview

What memory care looks like.

Memory care supports people living with dementia and Alzheimer's in the place they know best. Our memory-care caregivers are trained in calm redirection, structured routines and safe home environments, and they keep the family informed and supported every step of the way.

What’s included

  • Dementia and Alzheimer's-trained caregivers
  • Consistent, familiar faces on every visit
  • Calming daily routines and gentle redirection
  • Home safety review and wandering prevention
  • Meaningful activities and cognitive engagement
  • Medication reminders and nutrition support
  • Regular family check-ins and education

Who it’s for

  • Loved ones with a dementia or Alzheimer's diagnosis at any stage
  • Families who want to delay or avoid a move to residential care
  • Caregivers who need guidance on routines, safety and communication
How it starts

Three steps to the first visit.

  1. Step 01

    We listen

A free 30-minute consultation with a senior care coordinator. We learn the routine, the history and what matters most to your family.

  2. Step 02

    We match

We propose a caregiver chosen for personality, language and skills — and introduce them before care begins.

  3. Step 03

    We stay close

Daily visit logs, regular check-ins and one coordinator who knows your family. The plan adjusts as needs change.

Questions

Families often ask.

What training do memory-care caregivers have?

Every memory-care caregiver completes dementia and Alzheimer's training covering communication, behaviour, safety and routine, in addition to CPR, first aid and background checks.

Can you support the whole family?

Yes. A dedicated care coordinator keeps the family updated, helps you plan for changing needs, and is a phone call away when something feels different.

Is 24-hour memory care available?

It is. Memory care can be scheduled by the hour or combined with 24/7 Live-In Care for round-the-clock support.
