About 7th Grace Oak

We care for your loved ones the way we’d care for our own.

Compassionate Care With Gracious Touch

Our story

Home is where care means the most.

7th Grace Oak Homecare began with a simple conviction: the people we love deserve to grow older in the homes they know, surrounded by the routines, neighbours and memories that make life feel like their own.

We are a family-first agency based in Morristown, New Jersey. Every caregiver on our team is background-checked, CPR-certified, bonded and insured, and trained in dementia and Alzheimer’s care — and every family is paired with a caregiver chosen for who they are, not just when they are free.

From a few hours of companionship a week to round-the-clock live-in care, we bring compassionate care with a gracious touch to the place it matters most: home.

What we stand for

Three promises to every family.

  • 01

    Hand-matched caregivers

Every family is paired with a caregiver chosen for personality, language, and care plan — not the first available shift.

  • 02

    Trained, insured, vetted

Background checks, CPR certification, dementia and Alzheimer’s training, fully bonded and insured. Documented and current.

  • 03

    Family transparency

Daily visit logs, photos with permission, and a dedicated care coordinator who picks up the phone. You’re never out of the loop.

How we work

From first call to first visit.

  1. Step 01

    We listen

A free 30-minute consultation with a senior care coordinator. We learn the routine, the history and what matters most to your family.

  2. Step 02

    We match

We propose a caregiver chosen for personality, language and skills — and introduce them before care begins.

  3. Step 03

    We stay close

Daily visit logs, regular check-ins and one coordinator who knows your family. The plan adjusts as needs change.

At 7th Grace Oak, we don't simply provide services—we care for individuals and families as people first.

Osamudiamen “Osa” Edebiri, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC, is the Founder and Administrator of 7th Grace Oak Community HomeCare Services. As a registered nurse and board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Osa brings extensive clinical experience, healthcare leadership, and a deep commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.

Her professional background spans community-based healthcare, behavioral and mental health, psychiatric emergency nursing, care management, and the coordination of services for individuals with complex medical and developmental needs. Under her leadership, the agency supports children and adults with a range of needs through skilled nursing, personal care, developmental disability services, behavioral support, respite, and other community-based services.
